If the legal grounds for personal data processing are no longer applicable, you may request deletion or destruction of your personal data even if such processing is being conducted in accordance with Law No 6698, and other relevant legislation; furthermore, you may request the deletion or destruction of your personal data to be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transmitted.
