Privacy Policy
As FİGES AŞ, we collect certain personal data pertaining to the users of our website, who visit the website, send requests, fill in forms, or sign-up to our bulletins, and we process the data in accordance with the personal data protection regulations and other applicable legislation.

Our firm may collect the website usage data of the visitors and users of our website by means of using technical communication files (cookies). These technical communication files are small-sized text documents that a website sends to the user’s internet browser to be stored in the user’s hard-drive. We process the data below to deliver the announcements and mass e-mails smoothly, to develop and announce our services, and to fulfill our legal obligations stipulated under the applicable legislation, including Law No 5651.
Identification Data: We process address, telephone number, e-mail address, full name, etc., as well as corporate data such as company title, organization name, positions, roles, and titles to be able to deliver our announcements and bulletins to users who has consented to receive them.
Usage and Analytics Data: We process usage data in order to develop the quality of services that we provide to users of our website, announcements, and bulletins, as well as to fulfill our obligations stipulated under the applicable legislation and Law No 5651. We collect various data, including the percentage and number of clicks generated on the bulletins and links, the countries from which the clicks are generated, the number of followers receiving the bulletins, and our users’ interaction with the bulletins.
We process your personal data exclusively for the purposes stated herein, and we do not share them with third-parties.
B.2. Personal Data Collection Methods and Legal Grounds
We collect the personal data pertaining to our users from the contact forms or bulletin registration tools available on our website, as well as the forms that our users fill in during the events organized by us. The legal grounds for collection of your data are your requests to receive announcements, to participate in events, and our legitimate interests in constituting and executing an agreement; in certain cases (for example, transfer to abroad) these grounds constitute your express consent.
B.3. Sharing of Your Personal Data

Pursuant to Article 11 of PDP Law, as the personal data subject, you reserve the following personal data rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed.
- Request information if your personal data has been processed.
- Learn the purposes of personal data processing, confirm whether your personal data has been processed according to such purposes.
- Know the national and international third-parties to whom your personal data has been transmitted.
- Request correction of your personal data in case of inaccurate processing and request the correction to be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transmitted.
- If the legal grounds for personal data processing are no longer applicable, you may request deletion or destruction of your personal data even if such processing is being conducted in accordance with Law No 6698, and other relevant legislation; furthermore, you may request the deletion or destruction of your personal data to be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transmitted.
- Object to adverse results arising out of personal data processing being performed exclusively by automatic systems of analysis.
We may, at all times and at our discretion, modify the provisions of this “Privacy Policy” by means of publishing an updated version on our website, or sending an electronic mail to our users. The modified terms of this Privacy Policy shall be deemed effective as soon as the updated version is published.
