  • System and component design (2D and 3D),
  • FEA (Finite Element Analysis) applications in structural integrity, strength of materials, fatigue, vibration, crash, shock, roll-over, heat transfer, electrostatic and electromagnetic, metal forming, bolt and weld fitting analyses, weight and design optimization, forging and heat treatment simulations in various component and systems (power-train, engine fittings, chassis, suspension, exhaust systems, etc.),
  • MBD (Multi Body Dynamics) applications to simulate and analyze vehicle motions on virtual roads and environment,
  • Strength, fatigue, vibration, crash, shock, roll-over, blast, heat transfer, electrostatic and electromagnetic, metal forming, bolt and weld fitting analyses, weight and design optimization, forging and heat treatment simulations using Finite Element Analyses (FEA) in various component and systems (power-train, engine fittings, chassis, suspension, exhaust systems, etc.)
  • CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) applications in vehicle aerodynamic computations, heat transfer in interior and exterior flow, natural and forced convection in liquids, speed and pressure distribution in silencers, pressure loss computations and reduction, flow characteristics determination, mixture, combustion, turbo engines and engine cooling analyses, cabin temperature distribution and HVAC,
  • Modeling and simulation studies on mechanical, hydraulic, electronic and mechatronic subsystems of all platforms and controller development for these systems using System Engineering and Model-Based Design methodology.
